Fun on the Farm

This past weekend we went to a friend's farm on the way to Gainesville, FL. It was to celebrate their wedding anniversary and they invited a bunch of us to join them. They cooked up a lamb and a pig and along with a bunch of lekker (yummy) side dishes, it was a nice time.

The kids enjoyed the farm and had the dirt marks to prove it!! :)

Round, Round, Get around...they get around!

Owen and Zander tooled around on their vehicles, raced and chased eachother for a while. Only one crash/flip but everyone survived! :)

Yard work

It was a beutiful morning so we took advantage and played as Pappa trimmed and cut back the dead plants.

Wagon for the boys

Oma Sivi and Gordon discovered a red wagon at a kids consignment shop and we were able to take it for a spin on a Sunny Sunday morning. Yay!

Monster Truck Jam!!

Saturday night was Monster Truck Jam so Lourens and Zander went early and saw all the crazy people and Papp took (LOTS) of photos. :-) Here are some. They went home shortly after it began since it was so loud; Zander was not a happy camper. Still, they had fun and that is what counts!

The Landing....

We spent a couple hours Saturday afternoon at The Landing in Jacksonville for a Rotary Club event called Biker Blast. The morning weather was yucky but it became beautiful and we enjoyed it!
